Our Super Girl
On this great day of leaping Elyse has turned 7 months old. That sounds so old! She has done a lot in the last month. For one thing she has basically mastered sitting up on her own. You can plop her down anywhere and she will sit there. Elyse has also started taking baths sitting up.
She likes to splash in the water. This month she has also slept through the night a few times and has gone to sleep without crying for a few nights as well. This is great for Mom and Dad's sanity. At the end of the month Grandma and Grandpa Schmidt came out to visit. It was wonderful. We went to the park, visited the "grandma store" in Old Town Spring, and Elyse learned about some family recipes. The time went by way too quickly.Elyse Feeding Herself for the First Time
