Today a friend of mine who is Singaporean taught me how to make wantons. She brought over the stuff and in between entertaining our daughters, we made some pork wantons. It was very simple and very good. I will definitely make them again.
I am thankful that I have met a local to show me Singaporean stuff. She showed me around the market, answered my many questions and now has taught me how to cook. I look forward to learning more about Singapore and the people's way of life.
